“I have been to the salon a few times now, every time I come It has been a relaxing lovely atmosphere. Amy has done my colour on my hair and every time she has done it to perfection. If I am unsure on something she will always go through different things to try and is always so patient if I change my mind. The customer service in this salon is 10/10 and I would most definatly reccomend to friends.”

“I booked with Sadie to have a Extenso treatment which promised to give me sleek smooth and manageable hair, I was very sceptical having lived with frizzy dry curly hair all my life Sadie was brilliant talking me through the whole process from the treatment to the aftercare. The treatment itself took nearly 3 hours. When Sadie started to blow dry , I was amazed my hair was smooth, shiny, soft and it had movement for the first time ever. I'm so pleased with the treatment and Sadie was fantastic, Even after washing it myself it is so much easier to manage and now takes less then 10 minutes to dry and style it, I'm loving the fact that it doesn't even go frizzy in the damp or humid weather, I recommend anyone with dry curly frizzy hair to go see Sadie, you will not be disappointed.”

“I visited for the first time today to have my hair freshened up, not having a professional cut for 3 years. I was hesitant to have a cut as id grown comfortable with long hair and was trying to grow it longer. My appointment was originally with Sharon but was swapped to Jules, the loveliest hairdresser I've had (and a hairdresser who actually listened!). I was made to feel so welcome and the salon atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Jules took great care of me, talked through my ideas and her own until we had an idea of a cut in mind, taking the time to look at images I had brought as inspiration. The end result was better than I expected! I had a good 3-4 inches off the bottom but Jules kept some length to my hair as requested, and styled the rest to a beautiful messy undone long(ish) Bob. I was smiling all the way home. I'll definitley be back when I next need a cut, thank you Jules!”
“Today I came in to the salon on the off chance that someone would be able to blowdry my hair, and I was pleasently surprised. The stylist Amy blow dried and straightened it for me and it was lovely, exactly what I wanted. She really listened to what I wanted and really took care of me and also gave me tips on maintaining it at home. Everything you'd want for a hair dresser! 5 star experience, my hair even feels and looks great now! Definitely recommend.”
“Had my first visit at Blake and Butler today with Helen, I went in feeling a bit stressed out as I'd just had an exam, I left feeling wonderful. The whole experience was lovely, the salon has a lovely feel to it and has so much character. Had a lovely chocolate brownie to go with my cuppa, then my hair wash was amazing in the massaging chair, returned to the chair for my cut only to find a glass of Prosecco. What a lovely experience, I can't wait for my next visit and would highly recommend.”

“When you find a good stylist that you like, you're happy to 'go the distance' to stay with them. I'm more than happy to travel from Manchester for Andy to look after my hair. I love the colour and cut and always get great compliments about my hair afterwards. I never feel 'rushed' like you can feel in some salons, and I always know that I get full attention when I'm there. The salon is lovely, it's friendly and welcoming and always a pleasant experience.
